No. The application is intuitive — basic computer skills are enough. No lengthy training for everyday tasks.

Yes. A single account can manage multiple companies with full data isolation and quick switching between clients. The number of companies depends on the plan.

Yes. There is a CSV import with a ready-made template — you can import just employees or combined (companies + employees + workplaces at once). The same applies to training, medical exams, sanitary exams and injuries.

Yes. You can add and remove workplaces per employee while preserving the entire history.

Yes. Each employee has a dedicated history showing all data changes — who changed what and when.

Yes. The status changes to “inactive” — the employee stays in the system (for history, injuries, training) but is not counted as active and does not appear in regular reports.

Yes. For each type of training you define a frequency (e.g. every 12 or 36 months) — the system automatically calculates the next training date and shows it in the calendar.

Yes. You can select multiple employees and assign the same training to all of them at once (with the same date and parameters).

Yes. There is an “employees without training” view with filtering by training type — before an inspection or a deadline you immediately see who to call in.

Yes. The referral is generated as a print-and-sign-ready PDF — individually or in bulk for multiple employees.

Yes. There is a dedicated record of sanitary exams with a frequency per exam type, referrals and expiry reminders.

Yes. There are several ready-made reports: an overview of training, medical exams, sanitary exams, injuries and equipment, a full company profile, and quarterly and annual overviews — all adjustable with filters.

Yes. For each report you can define a frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, annually), the exact send time and a list of recipients — the report arrives in the inbox automatically.

Yes. There is a report-template system where you define parameters, filters (by workplace, department, period) and save it as a template to reuse later.

Yes. Every report can be downloaded as PDF or Excel/CSV — for internal analysis or forwarding.

Yes. Fire extinguishers are tracked with a serial number, location, testing date and an automatically calculated next deadline. There is also a PDF report for each test.

Yes. Each piece of work equipment has its own record with location, division, inspection dates and reminders for the next deadline.

Yes. There is a working-environment module with measurement points, testing dates, results and the option to attach laboratory documents.

Yes. The PPE warehouse supports inflows (receipt, order, transfer), outflows (issuance per employee with size and color), stocktaking and a complete transaction history.

Yes. A minimum quantity is defined for each item — when stock falls below it, the system sends a notification so you are never without gear at a critical moment.

Yes. Checklists are built with a drag-and-drop builder. You can generate a tokenized public link (with an expiry date, single-use or reusable) and send it to an external party — they fill it in without an account.

Yes. The injury is recorded with all details (date, severity, causes, circumstances). The system automatically generates a complete PDF injury report to sign and forward to the inspectorate.

Yes. The “Injury analysis” report provides annual and quarterly statistics with filtering by injury type, department and cause.

Yes. The Task Manager lets you create tasks with a priority, deadline and responsible person. There is a dedicated “action-list user” role for collaborators who only need access to tasks.

Yes. The built-in AI assistant understands natural language and can export data (training, medical, sanitary, equipment, working environment), add new companies and guide you through the app — in natural language, without navigating through menus.

Yes. The central calendar shows all activities (training, medical, sanitary, equipment testing, injuries) by day, week, month or year. The calendar can also be exported to iCal or CSV.
